Day Job: 10am – 7pm.
We are a leading gadget care company based in Chennai, India. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our contact centre.
This is an exciting role as we look to develop this central office to effectively handle and manage all enquiries to our business and the right candidate will be central to this growth and development. This in turn offers the opportunity to become part of the management team.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
– Acquire and manage a team of Gadget Care Agents (Franchise Partners) to achieve customer service excellence whilst at the same time hitting key sales objectives.
– Dealing with client’s orders, enquiries and quotes.
– Assisting customers with technical enquiries.
– Dealing with escalations and supporting the team with their clients.
– Ensuring that work is managed in an efficient, effective and timely manner
– Ensuring team members are effectively coached and developed to become a High-Performance Team
Skills / Experience:
– Proven experience of working in a fast-moving telesales environment
– Strong leadership skills driven by achieving/exceeding predetermined company targets and -KPI’s, whilst leading by example
– Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
– Flexible approach to working hours and managing Staff Rota’s
– Ability to work on own initiative and have a logical and methodical approach to work
– Being proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills
