Given below are some of the standard terms with which we are working with all out precious clients across the globe.
For Junior an Middle level positions (Salary up to Rs. 8 Lakhs p.a.) - 8.33 % (one months gross salary)
For Project Managers, etc.(Salary between Rs.8 - 14 Lakhs p.a.) - 12.5% (one and a half months gross salary)
For Very Senior position (COO,CTO,AVP, VP, Directors and CEOs) (Salary over Rs. 14 Lakhs p.a.) -16.66% (two months gross salary)
In all the above cases, Service tax (under Excise Law) as applicable (currently 10.36%) will be charged extra.
Payment should be made within 15days from the date of joining of the candidate or date of invoicing. Any clarification to the invoice should be made with in 3 working from date of receipt of invoice.
